I am glad I teach sixth grade. This is because the students are older and they are capable of a lot of things!

What i think about 6th grade is that we have a lotof special events coming. The prom, senoir trip,and graduation. Also that this is sad because 6th grade is the last year of school.
What do i thiink about sixth grade?
Well, i think that sixth grade was the best and worst year for me, but mostly the best for me. All my life i have dreamed of going to sixth grade and wondering what it would be like because my big sis (Rebecca) said it was the best. Now that i have experienced it, i do think it is the best! But it was the funniest too. Mr.ByRD and Mrs.Shulman are the nicest/ funniest teachers i have ever met!!!! I love sixth grade and wish i didn't have too long. And i do remeber "Becareful what u wish for" and i do.....
It is a big year for us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My thoughts about sixth grade is that this year was the best! I had the best teachers Mr. Bryd and Mrs. Shulman . I was able to meet Mr. Shulman. And last but not leats i will have my graduation, and senoir trip.
Hnmm..sixth grade was okey-dokey.It could of been better.I mean,way to much DRAMA !!!
What I think of the sixth grade is that it is awesome yet sad at the same time. We got to do more things and had a lot of fun. All of the senior stuff is still coming up and I can't wait! It is sad because we aren't going to be coming back and we will all be split up. But elts savor while we can, shall we?
I definitley liked sixth grade better because as sixth graders we have more freedom than the younger grades.I am really going to miss this school because I have been here since first grade.I think its going to be hard for all of the sixth graders (even the guys).We may all be saying ''I can't wait to get out of this school'' ,but we are going to have a hard time adapting to the new schools and teachers.I think most of the kids are very social so we won't have a hard time making friends.
I think as sixth graders the teachers expect us to be more independant than we can be.They tend to think we are adults.
However,overal I think sixth grade was just randy-dandy.
Mr.Byrd- I didn't know you liked teaching. Nobody ever does anything all we do is talk and laugh. You're the one doing most of the work.
P.S. We also get on your nerves. It's just so funny. Seeing you yell like that. Today was really funny. You looked like you were going to explode. Did you notice everyone laughing and whispering to each other? It's not your fault we're clueless. Well maybe it is. I mean you are the teacher.
I think sixth grade has been okay so far. It wasn't my worst or best year. I like it because we can do things that the lower grades can't.

Sixth grade was full of surprises. This year was like the best school year on earth. My teachers Mr.byrd and Mrs. Shulman are very funny. all my friends are in my class... but the worst part about sixth grade was my cousin Lovepreet... he ruins everything... but most of the sixth grade bmemories are with him... Sixth grade was a wonderful expierence. I have learned alot.. Some peopel say its like the last time of freeedom... its going to be very hard for me to walk out of this school for tghe last time.
What i also think about sixth grade is that it is the best grade ever. This year i have learned a lot! I am so happy because 6th grade is the last grade from elementry school. I will walk out of this school as a woman. Also i am thinking that i have had the best two teachers in the whole school this year in 6th grade.
I think sixth grade has been really good so far. I really enjoyed this year. I can't wait for the senior trip and all that stuff. June will be the best and worst month. It will be bad because we are going to different schools so we won't see each other again. Most people are going to M.S.72, the school I can't go to. I am going to M.S.226. I don't want to go there but I have to. Only like 3 other people are going there.
I think that 6th grade is good so far.I CANT WAIT TILL THE BBQ, GRADUATION, THE SENIOR TRIP.AND ALSO THE PROM.
What do I think about the sixth grade?
Well, I'm not that sure because it's the same thing as the other grades I've been in! Like the work,( teachers say that the work is so hard )But I consider it easy because I put my mind into my work, even if I get a 3,2,or 1.At least I tried.
What else do I think about sixth grade?
Well, the friends it's like they follow me where ever I go some, I mean they are in the same as I am which is so great, because the rock and they are there for me to talk to.(And I don't mean LESLIE, she just a weirdaziod. Not trying to be rude but it's just true!!!!!!!!!.
Is there anything else to think about sixth grade?
Well yeah,dddddddduuuuuuuuuhhhhhhh,the TEACHERS they rock they are teaching me a lot I'm glad to have Mr.Byrd and Mrs.Shulman as my teachers. Plus Mrs.Ortiz and Mrs.Alex, and I forgot the prep. teachers they all rock there's nothing else to say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i chose sixth grade to be nu,mber one beacuse we had alot ogf fun with my friends

i knew japneet since fourth grade and i am glad to be back in her class even though she was in mr. davis's class with pardeep

i met pardeep since third grade.
and kiranpreet since last year
i am glad i am with my best friends and i am glad that i am with the other kids in my class also because i some how knew them in my other grades

I LOVE sixth grade. In fact, i didn't want to go through fifth grade, and quickly rushed through it and didn't take much pride into my work. i now wish someone was cool enough to invent a time machine, so i can go back in time and get either high threes or a four on my ELA and math state exams. in fect, i can't do that. i'm trying to improve and pretend like that never happened. Sixtth grade was and still is a new beginning for me; even though i'm not in my zoned school, 226, TECHINICALLY i'm in junior high. we have our senoir trip adn graduate this year. I don't wanna leave! even though its time. this year, i have the BEST TEACHERS (and i'm not just saying that)! Mr Byrd; you rock! your so funny, and somtimes, don't act like a teacher. you get the best outof everyone. Mrs. shulman, you can be a bit strict, and scary, but in the good way!! Your a great storyteller, and can pass for a comiedian!

What i think of the sixth grade is that I had good and bad moments in the sixth grade.All threw the fifth grade was how was sixth grade going to be. But it was the funniest too. Mr.ByRD and Mrs.Shulman are the funniest teachers i have ever met

Christine Beharry - thank you for your comments. Teaching is a great job. It does get frustrating when the students don't put in the effort.
The class is not clueless. Some students are a bit forgetful and not as hard working, but I am blessed to have such a nice class.
And you, in particular, are definitely not clueless...
sixth grade was a fun adventure for me! I got to do many things. I had a fun time with my friends and my teachers. I got to experience 6th grade in a fun way.This year was like a roller coaster ride for me. i had many sour twists. this year i'm getting to experience the senior trip, the prom, the graduation, the talent show and the school barbecue.
SIXTH GRADE IS WONDERFUL. WE HAVE A LOT OF FUN, BUT IT ISN"T FINISHED HERE. WE ARE GOING TO HAVE OUR GRADUATION, TRIP, PROm, BARBECUE AND ETC. IN JUNE. I CAN"T WAIT TILL THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL, FOR THAT IS WHEN WE GET OUR REPORT CARDS AND DIPLOmAS. 6TH GRADE WAS A LOT OF FUN BECAUSE OF OUR AWESOmE AND HILARIOUS TEACHERS mR. BYRD AND mRS. SHULmAN. I FEEL NERVOUS TO LEAVE THIS SCHOOL AND OVE ON TO THE NEXT CHAPTER OF mY LIFE THAT BEGINS IN FRONT OF mY NEW SCHOOL WHICH WILL BE GATEWAY OF SCIENCE!! (I GOT EXCEPTED! ISN"T THAT COOL?)

The best grade so far is the sixthy grade. Alot of people might agree with me. It is the best grade because we have alot of things to do so we can skip learnig from our boring teachers (just kiding). Most thing that help us do that is the graduation practice. what i can't wait for is the senior trip (which is next week), prom, and graduation. that is wat i think about this grade.

Christine - I don't remember ever wanting to be a teacher. It is possible, though, since I had a lot of great teachers. By the time I reached high school, though, I was pretty much "over" the whole school thing. College was much more fun!!
i think that sixth grade is really cool because we get to switch class and we have great teachers like u and mrs shulman. i also like sixth grade because we dont even have alot of home work. so keep up the good work as being a great teacher.
I love the end of 6th grade, like the other years. Also I like being a senior. I am going to have a lot of fun with senior activates. I look forward to senior trip and graduation, not that much for prom.

What l think about sixthgrade is that it is so fun and we get to do alot of things.
THIS YEAR was so fun.. we played around alot. And today was the volleyball match. Everyone had so much fun... i was the most exited. I played in five of the games... Everyone was cheering.. That made me feel good. I mean more exited. I had never knew i was good at volleyball until this year. I love this year. There are also going to be new things coming soon. Tomm is the senior trip!
right now i'm sooooooooo bored so i going to write something to keep me alive and awake. here it goes what i think about 6th grade is that TOMORROW WE'RE GOING TO ARE FIRST SENIOR TRIP I'M SO EXCITED I JUST CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
